At their own expense, integrity came immediately out to adjust a part of the work I was unsatisfied with. They charged me 1/10th of what I was quoted by one contractor who said the job could not be done without extensive preparatorywork, which was not the case.

From Supervisor Christopher J. Dumler – Scottsville District
I have scheduled public meetings to solicit input on the master planning process for those neighborhoods and sections of the growth areas in our district that do not have a Community Advisory Council. At these meetings, I will have representatives of the planning staff present to listen to your thoughts, ideas, and concerns about the direction the planning process for your neighborhood is taking. Don’t like that there isn’t a bus route near your neighborhood? Have a thought on sidewalks or greenspace? Come on out!
The first scheduled public hearing will be on Neighborhoods 4 and 5 (Mill Creek North and South, Avon, Lake Reynovia, etc. – every growth area portion of the Scottsville District except for Glenmore and the Village of Rivanna) and is scheduled for Monday, March 5, at 6:30 pm, Room A, 5th Street County Office Building.
County Board meetings take place on the first Wednesday of each month at 9AM and the second Wednesday of each month at 6PM. If there is anything you would like to see the board take up or have a question about, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with me. I am available through email at email@example.com or via phone at 434-260-1123. I am always happy to meet with you to discuss your ideas and concerns. I look forward to hearing from you!
Our annual meeting will be held March 21, 7 p.m. at Cale School during our regular monthly meeting. All homeowners are urged to attend. We will discuss accomplishments from the past year and plans for the coming year. Officers will be elected. Refreshments will be provided.
A new bridge has been constructed on the pond trail below the playground. It replaces a fallen tree, which had been used for years as a bridge. It’s about 3 feet wide and sturdy. Thanks to board members Dave Segars and Jim Muehlberg for their hard work.
We are planning the annual Halloween Festival for Sunday, October 30. 1 – 4pm in the playground. (Rescheduled from Saturday due to weather.)
We will have a monster truck bounce, ghost hunt, face painting and other fun stuff. Dust off your costumes and get ready to haunt!
