He also eamlessly patched the bottom of some rotted door frames that were damaged due to water. You can’t even see where the patch was! His quality of work is exceptional and he makes everything look effortless. Although Pat’s fees are not the cheapest, he is very reasonably priced for the HIGH level of quality work he performs. I had used an inexpensive ontractor/carpenter prior to Pat and Pat had to redo his work because it wasn’t done properly. When you hire Pat, the job will get done right the first time and will save you from having to get it redone. Pat remained true to his estimate and is a very kind, trustworthy and respectful person. Roy is an old-school measure-twice, cut-once craftsman and a perfectionist. He joined the porch roof to the house roof with a perfect “cricket” — a job an architect and two other contractors claimed couldn’t be done because of the angles involved. He tidied up before leaving each day and when two support posts warped over the winter, he replaced them without question. |
